What is CoN on Amazon?

Short version: CoN gets a little cash if you (or your family or anyone else!) buy any item from Amazon through the CoN site.

Long version: CoN on Amazon, more commonly known as AmaCoN, is CoN's connection to all the stuff you actually want to buy. It's not us selling you down the river for our own profit, it's just us providing the games, books, toys, music, et cetera in a manner that benefits us all, in association with Amazon.

CoN honestly costs a nice little bit of cash to operate. While the staff of the site enjoys providing all of our great content to you guys, and we write the checks every year with a smile, it never hurts to have a bit of extra money around to help pay the bills, fund new contests, buy new software for the site, things like that. So, we've partnered with Amazon to bring you their massive selection and great prices straight through the Caves of Narshe; in return, every little thing you buy tosses a little bit of cash back into our coffers.

So, here's what we can promise you with AmaCoN:

1. You can get most anything you want, thanks to Amazon's huge selection in dozens of product categories. It doesn't have to be games or anime, it can be anything from games to music to kitchenware to televisions to computers to textbooks to just about anything else.
2. You'll be dealing with the number one online retailer in the world. They're safe, they're secure, and they're well regarded the world over.
3. You can shop from just about anywhere - we have AmaCoN shops set up for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and you can use the US and UK ones to ship all over!
4. You'll be bringing money to CoN and only to CoN. Your purchases won't support R51's crack habit, nor will they go into Climhazzard's RAM addiction. All the proceeds roll right into the server or marketing costs incurred by the site.

By Country

We maintain shops for the United States, the United Kingdom and European Union, and Canada. The US and UK shops will ship to many different countries, so you have several options to choose from.

• AmaCoN US: Most Amazon items can be shipped from the US store to dozens of countries around the world, including most of North and South America, Australia, New Zealand, and a large portion of Europe. Each item may have specific restrictions, though, and Amazon will inform you of such before you check out.
• AmaCoN UK/EU: The Amazon store based in the UK will ship essentially to the entire continent of Europe, as well as Japan, North America, and several other countries around the world. Check here if your country is not served by the US store.

By Game

Each game that CoN covers has a mini-store on that game's homepage. These stores have a small selection of items, usually specific to that game, that include game carts, discs, and cards, as well as strategy guides. There's a mini-store for each country on these pages, too. Use the site navigation to see these mini-stores on the homepage of each game.

By Search

Searching for anything at all using Amazon search boxes on the CoN site work too. Any items you buy after starting the search will be credited to CoN.

Things to Remember

We know you're here because you want to help CoN earn a little money off things you want to buy anyway. So we want to make it as easy on you as possible. Keep these things in mind:

1. Always start your purchases from a CoN link or search box. Typing the address in your browser yourself won't credit CoN. If you want a link you can bookmark, though, try the links above for By Country.
2. You must make your purchase before closing your Amazon window to credit CoN. If you're not ready yet, you can shop for your items and put them into a wish list or shopping cart, but remember to go back to Amazon from a CoN link when you go back to make your purchase to guarantee that credit is properly given.
3. If you change country sites for your shopping, please remember to go to the new country from a CoN link. Amazon does not remember where you came from if you change countries mid-stream.
4. Even gift certificates bought through AmaCoN credit us, so if you have gifts to buy, think of us too!
