Cinna

Biography

Cinna is an important NPC in Final Fantasy IX and joins the party for a brief period of time near the start of the game. Cinna is one of the main members of the Tantalus Theatre Troupe of Lindblum and is a key player in the game's introductory plot to kidnap Princess Garnet. Cinna is a bit of a wild card, with obsessions ranging from coffee to his hammer. Cinna, along with the rest of the Theatre Troup, help Garnet better understand the world outside of her isolated bubble of royalty.

Cinna, like all members of the Theatre Troupe, can use the Steal command in battle, which attempts to steal an item away from an enemy. When Cinna takes part in battles as part of a theatrical performance, he also has access to the SFX command, which are flashy looking attacks that deal no damage.
