Since you're fighting with Yang as well, this battle should go swimmingly. But don't underestimate Mom Bomb. The attacks are fairly powerful. But stick with a normal strategy. Have Cecil and Yang attack normally, Rydia use Chocb, Edward attack with his harp, and Rosa use Aim, but have her cure when needed. After Mom Bomb sustains enough damage, she'll erupt into a more fearsome sprite. Keep your strategy going strong though. As soon as she loses enough damage, she'll self-destruct, dealing a hefty amount of damage to all members of your party, also dissipating into 6 different, easier-to-kill bombs. First things first, cure or revive members who got the brunt of the force caused by Explode. Next, have Cecil use his Dark Wave attack, Yang use Kick, Rydia attack with Ice-1 on all of them, Edward attack or use potions to cure, and Rosa to cure when needed. The remaining bombs shouldn't last long.
