Kelger

Biography

Kelger is the chieftan of the werewolf village of Quelb, located to the northeast of the Castle of Bal and south of Drakenvale. A ferocious warrior, Kelger confronts the party while they pass through Quelb on the way to Drakenvale.

Kelger isn't just any ordinary werewolf, he's one of the former Warriors of Dawn along with Galuf, Xezat, and Dorgann. Kelger is surprised and impressed when Bartz is able to see through his maneuvers and land a blow, something that only his former comrade (and Bartz's father) Dorgann had ever done before. Kelger allows the group to pass through Quelb, but becomes infirmed after overexerting himself fighting Bartz. Later, when Bartz and co. are unable to see through the illusions at Exdeath's Castle, Kelger breaks the spell by sacrificing the remainder of his life energy and becomes the last of the Warriors of Dawn to fall in the struggle against Exdeath.
