The father figure in Lucca's life (because he's her father). Taban is adept at building, dedicating his life to machines. This influenced Lucca's life greatly as she grew a brilliant scientific mind under Taban's tutelage. Taban lives in a swanky pad that's always a mess with various books and machine parts. He helps Lucca build the infamous Telepod in order to bring in the crowds over at the Millennial Fair. In addition, he also assists the team by building custom wares that Lucca can equip. Obviously, Lucca's apple did not fall far from the scientific tree.
