In the future, there is a dome doing terrible things to humans. In this quest, you can get Robo's best weapons and a great accessory. Start by heading to the future, then flying east of the Keeper's Dome for awhile to reach the Geno Dome.
Put Robo in your party and enter the Geno Dome. Check the computer screen. Robo will ask to lead the group. After you do so, check the screen again and a voice will talk, asking Robo why he's returned with humans. The voice will continue to call him Prometheus. The door forward will open and the exit will shut. In the next room is a long conveyor belt with many fights, so be prepared.
After the conveyor belt, you'll end up in a hallway. Hit the switch on the wall to open the little chute, but don't worry about it for now. Go to the right, ignoring the first door and hopefully the Debuggest, and go up to the next door. Open the chests and get their contents, then run all the way up the conveyor belt, all the way under the black part. You'll see a robot walk through the wall as a hint. Afterwards, go to the opening on the left from the conveyor belt, hit the switch on the wall to open another chute, then head back to where you entered this area.
Head all the way left this time and examine the robot there, which blocks you from going any further. Then, head right and head up the path. Head to the immediate right and fight the robots, grab the FullTonic from the chest, then check the computer screen. You can learn that to open the locked doors, you have to charge the chutes next to them (the ones you've been opening). To get energy, you just have to stand in the pod next to this computer screen for a minute. You also learn you need two dolls. Remember that one that was being guarded by the robot? The computer also teaches you that you need to put another robot in front of it to deactivate it.
Start by charging in the energy pod. Afterwards, quickly run all the way back to the chute that you opened right by the entrance to this area and the door will open. Go inside and collect the chests. If you try to open the chute past the conveyor belt, you'll realize that the conveyor belt delays you for too long. The computer also mentioned that there's a switch above the conveyor belt to reverse it, but you can't reach it from here.
The solution? Enter the door near the Debuggest and ride the elevator to the second floor.
Immediately upon entering the second floor, save your game, then enter the door to the north. Grab the Power Tab from the corner, then continue on. Mother Brain, the voice, will talk to you again; afterwards, move onto the next room. Go through the door after fighting and you've reached the elevator back down. Walk through the wall (like you saw the robot do), go around, and flip the green switch. Go back to where you came down from the elevator and walk down again, towards the conveyor belt. Flip the switch, and the red barrier will disappear. Make your way back to the computer screen.
Charge up again, then run as quickly as you can via the conveyor belt to the chute - it's probably a good idea to kill the Debuggest first, lest you engage it in combat. When you go through the door, get the two chests, then talk to the robot. It will begin to follow you. Walk it down back to the robot that blocks the doll, stick them in front of each other, and presto! The first doll is yours. Grab the Vigil Hat from the chest, then return to the door to the left of the computer screen.
Go north through the door and past the Laser Guards, where you will see three switches. Press the first and third switches to open the chute, then return to the computer screen and charge up. Go to the chute, go through the door, and you've got the second doll.
Return to the second floor via the elevator near the Debuggest and save your game. Head down from the save point, fighting the Laser Guards and grabbing the Lapis, then head left, when a pink version of Robo will appear. Robo will remember her as Atropos, and she will try to harm your other party members. Robo will protect them and send them away, then battle her.

Rocket Punch Cure Beam Robo Tackle [1/2 HP] Laser Spin [Shadow] Uzzi Punch Area Bomb [Fire] Self Destruct | None Strategy Depending on how much you've leveled Robo, this battle can be easy or difficult. If he's got Uzzi Punch, the battle is cake. Just use it over and over, and if Robo's HP gets lower than 300, use Cure Beam to heal. If you don't have Uzzi Punch, then you have some Tech leveling to do. A good idea is to equip Robo with the Dash Ring before the battle. | |
Afterwards, Atropos will increase Robo's speed by 3 and Magic Defense by 10, then fade away.
Robo will leap up to the switch if you approach it, so do that and the red bars will disappear. Grab the MegaElixir from the chest and the Magic Tab from the corner, then move on. Head down the ladder off to the left, getting the money from the chest, then enter the room. Humans here are being killed via some machine, but it can't be stopped until Mother Brain is defeated. Head off to the right and exit, getting the FullEther, then return the other way and up the ladder. Head through the corridor with the Laser Guards, place the Dolls on the little glowing pods, and the doorway to Mother Brain will open.

Afterwards, be ready to heal, because she's fast. Fortunately, she only has around 5000 HP, so a few more attacks will finish her. | DisplayLevel HP Attack Speed Magic Power 38 1 1 13 33 Defense Evade Lightning Def. Shadow Def. Water Def.
